Iloilo City government has created an Iloilo Economic Triangle, which hosts three townships, developed by big developers in the country. These ongoing business, residential, and lifestyle centers are all located in Mandurriao District that includes, Iloilo City Center by Gaisano Group, Atria Park District by Ayala Land and Iloilo Business Park by Megaworld Corp.

Iloilo City Center (ICC) is a 16-hectare mixed use commercial and residential complex in Iloilo City developed by Gold Peach Properties, a property development subsidiary of Gaisano Capital Group. The center has one kilometer man-made lake with promenade as its unique feature that makes it an ideal place for family bonding. Also another much-awaited development is the 40-storey Gaisano Tower that will emerge as the tallest building in the city.

Atria Park District is a 21-hectare mixed-use development by Ayala Land, a P15B master planned, mixed-use community in San Rafael, Mandurriao District, Iloilo City. Other ongoing and completed projects in the township include The Strip at Atria (another lifestyle center along the new road to Smallville Complex), Avida Towers (residential condominium), Avida Storeys (residential condominium), Seda Hotel, Qualimed Hospital, and Ayala Technohub (BPO office building).

megaworldILOILO BUSINESS PARK-Megaworld Corp.
This 72-hectare township is envisioned to be ‘the next central business district’ in Iloilo City. Megaworld is investing P35 billion for its development in the next 10 years, its biggest and most exciting venture in Western Visayas. Gorgeously rising in this vibrant township are luxury residential condominiums, state-of-the-art BPO office towers, a Megaworld Lifestyle Mall, a boutique hotel and commercial district, the 1.1-kilometer Festive Walk commercial and retail strip, open parks, transport hub, and the much-anticipated Iloilo Convention Center, among others.

Government of Iloilo City is spending their funds for making the city better to the people who are coming for the business. Metro Iloilo is now known as the liveliest place because they give efforts to build different infrastructure within the city and many people see the economic growth of it.
